Expansion to the Cowan Performing Arts Center ($6M)

Included the renovation of a wing of the original Cowan Center to create classrooms and offices with the addition of a 16,000 SF educational complex that required high STC rated construction for sound isolation and extensive acoustic engineering throughout the facility. Classrooms, offices, two large orchestral and choir rooms and student lounges were included in the project.
